摘　要：

在后全球化时代，日益严峻并不断加剧的全球生态危机的蔓延，已经严重威胁人类的生存和发展。解决这一困境的关键，在于立足生态系统的有机整体性，秉持“天地与我并生，而万物与我为一”的伦理价值信念，理智对待人类与自然—生态环境之间的关系，从而在人类文明演进的更高层次上寻求人与自然并生、互适、共在的新范式。标志着生态文明新境界的“地球生命共同体”，是中国作为负责任大国提出的应对全球性生态危机、解决全球生态治理困境、维护全球正义的生态伦理新理念和生态治理新模式。中国政府、中国社会在构建地球生命共同体的实践中起到了关键性的引领作用，制定并践行了一系列富有前瞻性、引领性的智识性实践方案，如遵循天地美生的绿色发展，倡导“国内—国际”协作的全球生态共治，充分体现了中国的世界视野和天下情怀，彰显了中国作为全球生态文明建设的参与者、贡献者、引领者的历史担当。

 

Value Concern and Practical Logic of Constructing Life Community on Earth

Abstract In the post-globalization era, the spread of increasingly severe and intensifying global ecological crisis has seriously threatened the survival and development of human beings. The key to solve this dilemma lies in that we should base on the organic integrity of ecological system and uphold the coexistence of heaven and earth and self, while all things and self are one The new paradigm of seeking the coexistence of man and nature at a higher level of the evolution of human civilization marks the emergence of a new realm  of ecological civilization of the earth life community, which is proposed by China as a responsible major country to deal with the global ecological crisis. A new concept of ecological ethics and a new model of ecological governance centered on protecting people's lives and safeguarding global justice. China has played a key leading role in the practice of building a community of life on earth, formulating and implementing a series of forward-looking policies. The leading practical plan of intellectual knowledge, such as following the green development of heaven and earth, advocating the "domestic and international" cooperation of the global ecological governance project, fully reflects China's vision of the world and feelings for the world, demonstrating China's historical responsibility as a participant, contributor and leader in the construction of global ecological civilization.
