摘　要：

 所谓生态文明，实即生态化的文明，也可以说是使现有的工业文明生态化。生态文明建设的价值目标，并不是要创造一种超越工业文明的新型的文明形态，而是要为工业文明的发展植入一种生态维度，使工业文明由以往的“黑色文明”发展为“绿色文明”。建设生态文明的目的在于维护人类的利益，因而应该以人类为价值本位，坚持和践行以人类整体的、长远的利益作为处理人与自然关系的根本价值尺度的人类中心主义；主张生态文明建设是为了维护自然界的利益、应该以自然事物为价值本位的非人类中心主义的立场，不仅必然在理论上陷入自相矛盾的境地，而且还会得出各种反人道主义、甚至反人类的荒谬结论。生态文明建设的价值追求，就是努力实现生态正义。只有在社会主义根本制度的基础上建立一套能够切实保护生态环境的体制机制并充分发挥其作用，才能有效防范包括资本逻辑在内的各种形式的个体中心主义和群体中心主义对生态环境的侵害，真正实现生态正义，使生态文明成为现实。

 

Axiological Reflections on the Ecological Civilization Construction

Abstract Ecological civilization is actually ecologicalized civilization, or ecologicalization of the existing industrial civilization. The value goal of ecological civilization construction is not to create a new form of civilization that transcends industrial civilization, but to implant an ecological dimension for industrial civilization to develop from “Black civilization” to “Green civilization”. The purpose of building ecological civilization is to safeguard human interests. Therefore, we should regard mankind as the value standard, adhering to and practicing anthropocentrism that takes the overall and long-term interests of mankind as the fundamental value measure for the relationship between humans and nature. The position of non-anthropocentrism, which advocates that the construction of ecological civilization is to safeguard the interests of nature and should take the things of nature as the value standard, is not only bound to fall into a contradictory situation in theory, but also leads to various absurd conclusions of anti-humanitarianism and even anti-humanity. The value pursuit of ecological civilization construction is to try to achieve ecological justice. Only by establishing and applying a set of mechanisms to protect ecological environment on the basis of socialist system can we effectively prevent various forms of individualism and groupism, such as capital logic, from infringing the ecological environment, so as to realize ecological justice and ecological civilization.
